For those with Mobile Browser, we at Bell Mobility did not user your phone to produce approx. $7000 in charges. Please do not try to pass the buck onto us when you were the ones who just didn't go on wifi. That isn't our responsibility to do so.
If you have a credit limit on your account please note that you are told of the notification tiers. If you're roaming while those text messages are sent then it's not our problem when you get your services cut off. It is your responsibility to make sure your bill is pain in full and on time. We reps. will not pay your bill for you nor are we inclined to do so.
For those with an old plan.....while it may take us up to a half hour to find information on your plan because you're too god damn cheap and lazy to update it as well as look up the plan online. It should only take you a few seconds to produce a yes or no answer when asked if you want a feature added to the god damn thing. In the amount of time it takes you to decide I could have helped someone else.
Also, before you chat with us about why your phone will not tether to your computer via USB, for god's sakes READ THE USER MANUAL!
For those with a BlackBerry and Unlimited Data package please be advised of the following: When tethering to a device that it's another BlackBerry you will be charged data! Do not get pissed off at us because you didn't tell the other 5 representatives that you were tethering to an iPad and expect us to waive the fees when you already had that done once before.
Also please not that if you cannot see the big red X button at the top of the chat window that says close then you probably shouldn't be using a computer. Especially when we tell you 3 times that you cannot access our close survey until you hit that button. You will be the last chat we have on a Friday night and we will be pissed off at you because we are tired of dealing with you and we just want to go home after putting up with people like you for 9.5 hours!
